Supreme Mahal

Remodel and partial reconstruction of an existing three-storey building focused on structural strengthening, service upgrades and contemporary finishes. Works included selective demolition, column and beam reinforcement, slab repair, new MEP (electrical and plumbing) installations, upgraded waterproofing and drainage, and replacement of internal finishes (flooring, sanitary fittings and cabinetry). Façade restoration, improved natural ventilation and daylighting, and provision for future elevator installation were incorporated. The project was executed in phased stages to minimize disruption to occupants and included quality control testing, safety protocols and final commissioning.
