Scope included selective demolition of existing fixtures, new masonry and plaster works, full plumbing and drainage replacement, installation of water-efficient sanitary wares, wall and floor tiling with anti-slip finishes, mechanical ventilation, waterproofing of wet zones, and upgraded access doors and fittings. Works complied with local health and safety standards, were executed in phased manner to minimize disruption to operations, and included pressure testing, trap and vent verification, and final commissioning with client handover and maintenance instructions.
